Jack Daniels

I'm a massive fan of typography, so when I saw these Jack Daniels ad's I was very pleased. I find the layout and font very pleasing to the eye.

Here are a few of my favourites.

The first four pieces were created by Arnold Worldwide USA and the where created by Arnold Worldwide Boston.

Imagine

Jung Von Matt have recreated iconic characters for the campaign Imagine for Lego. I like the simple minimalist look that they have created for this campaign.

Here are a few of my favourites.

Donald Duck, The Smurfs, Ernie & Bert, The Simpson and South Park.

Tube or False?

A fun campaign for Transport for London by M&C Saatchi

Stella Artois

I'm a massive fan of Stella Artois adverting, here are a few of my favourites.

American Apparel

I admire American Apparel for their style of advertising, always clean, consistent and at times slightly provocative.

Salvador Dali

I have been fascinated by salvador dali for sometime. Over the past couple of years I have visited regions of Spain where Dali is a rather prominent figure. Visiting The Dalí Theatre-Museum was a very surreal experience, it is such a exciting place to visit and I would urge anyone to go and see it.

Gender discrimination in advertising

I have put together a selection of advertisements that are targeted at a particular gender.

Colomares Castle.

I recently visited Colomares Castle in Benalmadena, Spain. Built to pay tribute to Christopher Columbus and the discovery of America by Esteban Martin and bricklayers from the nearby village Mijas, between 1987 and 1994.

The castle has many different architectural styles such as roman and gothic and is a beautiful tribute to Christopher Columbus.

The European Poster 1888-1938

In June I was lucky enough to visit The European Poster 1888-1938 exhibition at the Picasso Museum in Malaga.
The exhibition had a mix of both political and commercial posters. I'm a massive fan of the style of advertising from this period, the posters aren't just advertising, they are a works of art.
